The High-Level People-to-People Dialogue

The EU-China High-Level People-to-People Dialogue (HPD) was established at the 14th EU-China Summit held in Beijing on 14 February 2012. The HPPD forms the third pillar of EU-China relations, alongside the High-Level Economic and Trade Dialogue and the High-Level Strategic Dialogue. The first HPPD Joint Declaration was signed in Brussels on 18 April 2012.
